I’m a Los Angeleno with an insatiable interest in the science and art of everything food. My passion for cooking evolved as a natural extension of my love for entertaining.

Over the past 15 years, culinary adventures have lead me to destinations far and wide, where I’ve had the privilege of experiencing a multitude of dishes from a variety of cultures, discovering their cooking methods along the way.

My culinary education is comprised of learning from countless cookbooks, endless online research and perpetual trial and error in the kitchen.
